The British Association of Nice

The British Association of Nice is an association under the law of 1901.

It was  first registered on the  30th November 1957 to enable a group of volunteers to  carry out welfare work, helping British residents and visitors who were in need of assistance in the  region.

Hospitality was also provided for the   officers and  crew of British naval vessels  visiting the   Riviera,  football and  cricket matches and   trips were organized for them to  places of  interest

Throughout the  years, the  British Association has acted as a conduit for assistance that the  Consular offices in  Marseille and  Nice cannot provide.

Formerly part of the  British Association of the  Alpes Maritimes,  the  British Association  of  Nice is now an independent  association.

We help those in need and also organise social and cultural events in Nice and the region at which new friends can be made, and common interests shared.

We believe in putting people and social needs together is a pleasure and worthwhile.

WHAT CAN WE DO FOR YOU?

WHAT CAN YOU DO FOR OTHERS?

We don't only do fun things. We can provide welfare assistance where needed. This could be making hospital visits, financial assistance, providing a friendly listening ear, helping with French administrative matters, whatever your need, ask us and we will try to  help.
